Helping Teens Build Confidence and Meaningful Connections

Is your teen struggling with social interactions, making friends, or feeling confident in group settings? Our Social Skills Group for Teens (ages 12-16) is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where they can develop communication skills, build friendships, and gain confidence in social situations.

This group is completely free of charge and is led by experienced facilitators at Resolve Community Counseling Center in Scotch Plains, NJ.

What Your Teen Will Learn:

  • Develop deeper connections with their peers through guided activities and discussions.
  • Improve self-awareness and better understand emotions, both their own and others.
  • Gain confidence in social situations, conversations, and teamwork.
  • Learn conflict resolution strategies to navigate friendships and social challenges.
  • Practice active listening & communication skills in a supportive group setting.
