This is a free, ongoing virtual mental health support group for women, run by one of our mental health professionals. We meet Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. via Zoom. Share your experiences with depression and anxiety with other woman on the quest to mental to manage symptoms and increase coping skills. This is a discussion and psychoeducational-based support group.
